What is The Sole Provider?

The Sole Provider is an online sneaker store, based in Cape Town, South Africa. We pride ourselves in offering authentic premier products.

When was The Sole Provider established?

Our online store was implemented in 2018, and has grown steadily from strength to strength. We have just updated our online store, which now offers a better user interface and user experience.

I am looking for a specific product and I cannot see it anywhere within your product ranges. Does this mean you don’t stock this product?

We do not stock any items you don’t see. However, contact us here and we will be able to source it for you.

Are all the products offered by thesoleprovider.co.za authentic?

Yes. The Sole Provider guarantees 100% authenticity. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all products offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.

Are the product images displayed on thesoleprovider.co.za an accurate representation of the product?

Yes, while we ensure all images depict the item in the best possible way. If you would like additional images of the product you are interested in, please drop us a message :)

Is shipping really free of charge?

Yes, thesoleprovider.co.za offers free standard shipping nationwide.

How long will my order take?

Standard shipping takes 3-4 days depending on your location. We also offer Express shipping, which takes 1-3 days, however this is does cost an additional fee.

How long is the handling time before my order is shipped?

Handling time is minimal on our part, which ensures rapid delivery to our customers. Orders are sent off within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) depending on the dispatch load and when we receive your cleared payment. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.

Can I track and trace my delivery on my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will recieve a tracking number.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you would like further assistance, dont hesitate to rach out.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Due to the nature of our business, items are under consignment. Once an item is purchased, consigners are paid out.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. EFT Payments need to clear in our account before orders are processed

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately at the moment, at the moment we only ship within South Africa. However if you are not situated in South Africa, reach out and we will try and assist.
